Philip Leone - co-Founder, Chief executive officer, Executive Director

Serial entrepreneur who has lived internationally for forty years. Started his technology career with Bell Canada and Nortel Networks including country management in 4 countries. Self-employed since 1986, he is the co-founder of several successful start-ups in 5 countries. Philip understands the seminal role of SMEs in innovation and re-balancing the deployment of capital into local enterprises. Philip translates technology into viable business offerings; develops partnerships that drive scale; brings in contracts; and creates agile teams that create value for customers, investors and the team. Often takes the contrarian view.
Lesley Leone - Co-Founder, Executive DIRECTOR

Started her technology career with Nortel Networks focusing on product marketing, channel support and training, human resource development, while completing a Business degree. Self-employed since 1994 and is a co-founder with Philip of several SMEs in the UK and internationally.
Prof. David Lowe - Chief technology Officer, Executive Director

After a spell as a UK defence scientist, David joined Computer Science at Aston University, to establish the internationally-renowned Neural Computing Research Group where he subsequently jointly also set up the Mathematics Group. He is co-inventor of the Radial Basis Function (RBF) neural network, the Shadow Targets optimisation algorithm, the Neuroscale architecture and the cascading RBF network. After a career in academia he recently left to pursue his curiosity to develop a new approach for fast resilient consensus algorithms and a novel type of machine learning. He is an inventor on a patent for predicting the state of health of seriously ill children in high dependency hospital wards using machine learning. David invents and translates technology into viable business offerings.
DR. CHRIS SATCHWELL - Chief science officer

Internationally-recognized scientist, author, entrepreneur and mathematician. He holds aeronautics engineering and ship-science degrees and worked in the financial markets for many years. Chris was chief scientist for Recognia Inc, which pioneered pattern recognition in financial data and whose systems are used by Fidelity, TD Waterhouse and Bloomberg. He was co-founder of Technical Forecasts Limited along with Prof. David Lowe. Chris was the author of Pattern Recognition and Trading Decisions, Publisher: McGraw-Hill. Chris has a passion for detail; searching for problems; solving them with elegant technology solutions.

Track record in the successful delivery of complex, R&D led projects working with globally distributed teams on projects with budgets ranging from £25M to £160M. Derek spent 12 years as a consultant providing Program/Project Management services for national and international suppliers of ICT solutions in the UK and Europe and was involved in early deployment of new market technologies including Voice over IP, Mobile Networks technologies GSM/GPRS/UMTS. Derek’s career has been about detail, resilience and operational excellence.

After completing a degree in Mathematics with First Class Honours and an awarded Scholarship at Oxford University in 2007, Sanjay began his career working in the life insurance industry in London. In 2010, he was admitted as a Fellow of the Institute and Faculty of Actuaries, UK and in addition he holds the qualification of Chartered Enterprise Risk Actuary. Sanjay has acquired over 10 years of senior management experience while working for a number of global insurers and consultancies including Willis Towers Watson, Grant Thornton, Legal and General, Metlife, Swiss Re and Prudential. He brings to DocuChain professional management expertise to assist DocuChain in defining its Front Office operations and commercial strategy, while coordinating business development activities. He will also be providing DocuChain with specialist knowledge and expertise for both the insurance sector and the risk management sector.

Most recently, he was Executive Director of Tata Limited, the European subsidiary of the Tata Group holding company. Before that, he held a number of senior British diplomatic appointments including as Ambassador to Greece. His interests now include innovative strategy consulting as co-Founder of Agora Envisioning, as well as, political and stakeholder counsel working with a number of leading London-based consultancies. He is a Visiting Fellow of Judge Business School University of Cambridge, Chairman of the British-Serbian Chamber of Commerce, a member of the Advisory Board of Strategy International and a Director of the UK-India Business Council. David is recognised for his achievements in both government and enterprise as an instigator and creator of cross border partnerships.

A project focused Chartered Accountant (FCA) with broad commercial and international experience. He has had hands-on management experience with a multinational music group. Co-founded companies in corporate services and media and has been an investor in technology companies. He has raised money from private investors, institutional investors and from a full public listing in London. Richard has multi-disciplinary skills and experience that bring new technologies and services to market.
Humbert Vincent Buemi - Non-Executive Director, SWitzerland
Entrepreneur, active in multiple fields and industries. After spending 35 years in the banking industry, working for leading Swiss banks in the area of wealth management, he established his own company. He currently acts as distributor for several Swiss and International companies. Humbert has also been the Swiss Honorary Consul General in Bahrain. Humbert is a consummate international deal maker and relationship manager.

Based out of London, Rajesh has been working in the financial services sector for the last 11 years helping corporations think about their capital structure, risk management, working capital and investments. He completed his Masters in Financial Risk from London School of Economics and received his Engineering Degree from Delhi University. As a senior international banker, Rajesh understands the dynamics of technology, markets and finance and has a keen nose for both risk and opportunity.
Neill Harvey - security and government markets
Sciences and MBA graduate of Heriot Watt University who has lived and worked in the Middle and Far East for over thirty years. A shareholder and director of a number of organisations in these areas since the mid nineties Neill’s focus has been on the introduction and nurturing of innovative new technologies, companies and products to the region. Neill brings expertise of start-ups, particularly in the defence and security arenas, where he is able to manage local risk and engage with local talent.
